Heart rate training zone

Can the Apple Watch notify you if you are in a predetermined heart rate zone? My Tom Tom watch does this but, I can't seem to find it anywhere on my Apple Watch. Even if I could just alarm a high heart rate that would be beneficial.

On it's own? Not that I know of...there may be apps that can...

Try the heartwatch app, that is what I am using, you can set your zones (change the default ones) and it gives you notifications when your heartrate changes to a different zone during a workout.
