When does watchOS 3 launch?

I have an Apple Watch and I would like to try the new software. I KNOW there's a "preview" but I prefer to wait until the release of software, especially an OS. Does anyone know when the new watchOS is coming?

Sounds nice in theory but I'm sure watchOS 3 is nowhere near ready for public release. They beta test this stuff for months in advance for a reason.

I did not wait and I installed watchOS 3 on my watch and it's so cool !
It's really like an Apple Watch 2 !
I think it's already 70% bake !
The thing that don't function are new things that we didn't had before so you don't actually miss them...
I'm glad I did !!!
