Hey lovely forum friends, I was wondering if any of you knew how old of a phone Verizon will activate for you? My Mom currently has an iPhone 5S and she has a hard time with it because she loves texting and with her shaking health issue and stuff she has always preferred those older texting phones. Ones like the slider phones with the keyboard. I wondered if I found her a good older texting phone with as big a keyboard buttons as possible (let me know if you know a good model), if Verizon could still activate that for her to use. I know its almost all went to touch screen phones now other than a few flip phones, so I am just trying to find out for her. I wish I had kept my old slider phones... Anyway, I wondered if anyone here knew before I attempted a phone call to them which I hate. I don't know why they don't offer a live help chat on their app or site. Thanks guys!
