Anyone else with a 10/12/15 Ship Date?

Anyone else have a 10/12/15 ship date for an iPhone 6s Plus? Forever wondering if it will actually ship out that day or not...do they typically stick to those dates or is it all subjective to availability?

I have the same ship date 10/12. If I call 611 and say "order status" the automated system tells me it's expected to ship 10/27/14 lol Who knows if it will ship tomorrow.

Hmm, mine still says ship date tomorrow and so does the order status over the phone...ugh I hope I hope it ships tomorrow. Pretty bummed that it's likely 2 day shipping as well from what I recall with verizon.

Thats also the date Verizon gave me. I couldn't wait, so I checked the Apple Store everyday at 8AM sharp on my iPhone for availabilty to the closest Apple Store near me. On October 2nd at 8:01AM I ordered my Verizon 128gb Space Gray 6s Plus and picked it up at 1:00PM the same day....The rest is HISTORY. I suggest checking the Apple Store for availabilty on a daily basis at 8:00AM sharp (they go fast) for the closest Apple Store near you. Another iMore member made me aware of this, and it WORKS, I received my new iPhone a week after Launch Day.

Yeah, I thought bout that as well but the apple store is 90 minutes away unfortunately. I've tried the verizon store a few times with no luck :/

well its 10/12 and the website still says my ship date is 10/12... Anyone actually get shipment tracking info yet?

Same here Joe - I called this morning and was told since it says 10/12 it will ship today :/ Guess we will see. I'll update here if I get tracking info. You do the same yeah?

Nothing for me yet. Verizon tracking usually doesn't show up til around 7pm

I originally had the same 10/12 ship date. Just called Verizon, and the rep told me it was changed to 10/19 due to inadequate supply.

Noooooo! I had a feeling that was the case. The rep I talked to sounded like he was definitely telling me what I wanted to hear :/ Anyone else call and get the same info as harpoon?

Ordered mine early morning 9/28 - expected ship date of 10/12. Just got the email saying it's being pushed back to 10/19.

Before getting that email I called Verizon and the rep said it could be delayed until 10/26 or even 11/02. One thing I'm curious about is why are all these ship dates scheduled for Monday's?

9/28 is when I placed my order. I seriously doubt Apple will be about to fulfill all the supposed 10/12 ship dates on the 19th. Seems to be a lot.
