For now I'm on the 1400 minute, unlimited text & data plan ($100). We have 4 lines:
- 5s w/ unl data($29.99)
- 5c w/ unl data($29.99)
- enV: basic line w/ just unl text, no data ($9.99)
- Octane: basic line w/ just unl text, no data ($9.99)
With taxes my monthly bill its $190 give or take a dollar or two...
I called VZW tonight, they said I could save me $20 by going down to 700 min, all 4 lines combined rarely go near that 1400 so I took it. On June 23rd my bill will go from $190 to $170.
However, I don't use that much data, always on WiFi, I keep unlimited a precaution. Never know when my son might want to watch a movie from Plex at the airport or doctors or if my girlfriend wants to use her phone while working out with Pandora playing, data goes fast. Here is my data usage for the last couple months. I've been stuck in the house lately for work for the last few months so usage isn't high. I have used 7GB+ on several occasion, rarely though.
What should I do? If I could just share say 10GB for a decent price with my girlfriend as we have the only 2 phones using data, then we would be ok. I'm just out of ideas. I remember a cpl months ago VZW was offering some deals to ppl willing to jump off the unlimited data train.
