Question about Twitter APP

I am using the Twitter (by Twitter, INC) for IPhone App on the I4. On the home screen when I click on a tweet in the list of tweets, I do not see the associated comments/replies by others to that tweet, as I would see on my computer screen. Is this view not available on the IPhone?

don't think so... if i understand correctly, you're not referring to the conversation view, but where you'll see posts related to the post you click in which some could be responses?

Click on the tweet, then click "in reply to" to see the conversation.

Yes I am referring to the response to the Top Post/Tweet

Question about "#" sign

Click on the tweet, then click "in reply to" to see the conversation.

I think I know how to reply but it seems like the only posts that have an ongoing thread or discussion that I can view are those with a "#" sign? If I click on the link in the post starting with the # sign it will open up a new screen with the discussion containing all of the responses to the original post.
