Right now I can't legally watch TV shows or movies.

The receiver on my TV has decided all connections are no longer HDCP complaint and so won't show any content.

I tried renting a movie from iTunes and get an authorization error.

This is all stuff I paid real money for and can't want due to anti-piracy methods that are misfiring or just plain incompetent. Hollywood is, in essence, ripping me off right now by taking my money and failing to deliver a product.

Ironically, if I was pirating content, I wouldn't have this problem. Because I'm a legitimate customer, their paranoid, myopic, incompetent, consumer hostile BS DRM screws me over.

They need to be obsoleted and soon.

Still haven't gotten it fixed, eh? I usually redbox the movies I want to watch. Not even sure if you have a service like that over in Canada. I think I read somewhere that Redbox was heading to CAN?
