why is my battery doing a strange thing???????

(sorry for my grammar) i had an iphone 5s, secondhand, and its broken now (it only lasted for 3 weeks wtf) so when i plugged on the charger, the phone is doing a very strange thing, the apple logo appeared and it suddenly gone. when i tried using another different charger it does the same thing. i have to tried this several times until the phone finally turned on. i remembered the last time im using my phone, the battery is on 30 something percent but the battery is on 100%????? and 2 minutes later, 45%, 70%, 10%, 81% and finally dead. (ps: when i disconnected the charger, the phone dead) can anyone help me with thiss????

Well sound that the phone is due for an upgrade, or if you can't right now, the battery needs to be replaced. Check with your local stores or sevices. Otherwise you won't be able to use it.
