Why am I unable to perform search in the Apple app store yet I have logged into my account?

why am i unable to perform search in apple app store yet i have logged into my account ?

In safari net is working well on cellular data traffic.
But as i open apple store to download any app, i search in that search bar, there nothig comes on the screen not any dialog.
Tell me how to fix it please.
