siri is locked in my iphone 5s how to unlock?

my iphone is not connected to internet some childrens are touched the button siri in iphone my iphone is not working i will touch any button telling what is it and do not responding the iphone plese what can i do?

Restart your iPhone and try again or go to Settings → General → Siri, and then enable the toggle next to "Siri".
