Here are my Top 5:

Instagram
Camera+
GridLense
iPhoto
360 Panorama

Although using these apps will not produce the same image quality as those taken using a DSLR camera (which I just got from Lazada), images produced still rock as they are small in size and can be shared across the Internet easily.

The default camera app as well as the Camera+ app is all I really need and use. If I need to do more, I break out my Nikon D90.

My top five for processing (using iPad; So not sure whether all are available on iPhone)

iPhoto
Snap seed
Photoforge
Photogene
Filterstorm Pro

(but basically I process all my photos with Aperture on my iMac before synching with the iPad)

On top of that, for taking occasionally photos with the iPad I would recommend
