Passbook settings missing

Hello guys,I am trying to add a credit card to the newly launched UK Apple pay but I have no passbook settings.Any ideas?.It will only let me add store cards and after looking at a YouTube tutorial i realised i have no passbook and apple pay settings which should be visible under iTunes and app store in settings.

You can add the credit card to Passbook from within the app.

i have just realised that for some reason my region was set to Afghanistan and not the UK and after changing it i was able to add a card,ha.
