Is there any way to jailbreak iPhone4 (ios 7.1.2) with broken home key?

I have an iPhone4 when I try to restore it using iTunes it resored successfully, but need activation now. I have no orginal carrir SIM ot activate it and can't jailbreak it through Pangu. Pangu needs to unlock/Activate ipnone before jailbreak.

please help me, any help will highly appreciated.
