I updated my ios on ipad 4 and lost movies icon

I downloaded a video to my ipad 4 via iTunes and updated my ios software. I lost the Movies icon and folder on my screen.

I can see your concern. In iOS 10, they've moved the content of your movies to the new TV App so that you can see your movies, and shows from other services all in one place.
