I have lines on one side of my iPod and not the other side, how can I get rid of them?

I have lines on one side of my iPod and not the other side

My iPod was charging i took it out of charge and it fell on the ground now it has lines on one side and no lines on the other. This is honestly so annoying!!! I don't want to take it to any kind of shop to get it fixed. Is their any way i can do it myself at home? PLEASE HELP!! This happened around 5 months ago.

Welcome to iMore! It's probably the digitizer. You might be able to fix it yourself but I recommend taking it to a repair shop if you don't have any experience repairing electronics.
