How fix fix empty/blank notifications?

I am using an iPhone 7 on iOS 10.1.1 and I need some help!

Every time I get a notification it is empty/blank, only the name of the app is in the title. How can I fix this?

Welcome to iMore! I would first try a hard reset.
7 Reset
Hold the power/wake button and the volume down button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Then release.

If that doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

If that doesn't work, try restoring the phone. Get a fresh copy of iOS 10.2. Or did you mean to stay on 10.1.1?
