How do I find the version number and date of an app running under iOS 10.2.1?

For example. I want to know if my version of Lightroom Mobile on my iPhone 7 Plus is version 2.5 ,or later.

Go the the App Store and scroll to the "updates" tab. From there you can see your installed applications and the version numbers. If the app says "open" it is currently installed on your phone.
