That’s a plus for those who use Google.
For me, Apple Maps with Apple Watch is hard to beat. Watch pulses just before the turn or merge. It’s especially ideal when there are a lot of turns in a short distance. It’s the next turn once you get the pulses on the wrist.

I love Apple Maps, and prefer to use it on my CarPlay screen when I'm driving. The screen is much larger, and easier to see at a glance.

In my case, it doesn't change a thing. I haven't used Google Maps on my phone since before 2013.
