Can't find "accept" button

Sorry for earlier nebulous query. I am a an older technoclutz!! I have an Iphone 4. On opening tile page the Ap Store icon indicates that there are some alerts that there are some pending updates for messenger, twitter etc. When I press update for any of these Aps a notification comes up that says there are Changes to the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
After I scroll through the 56 pages of legalese there is no button where can press to indicate that I have accepted the new Terms. Thanks... B.

There are two small buttons on each bottom corner. One should say accept and the other cancel. Sometimes they are hard to see.

I know what you mean, the same happened to me some weeks ago there is no visible button. I had to (force) close the app store and sign in and out a couple of times before it worked and showed the buttons. It will eventually.
