Camera Roll Constantly Downloading After Replacement

So I got a replacement device from Apple due to the phone being damaged straight out of the box and got it set up last night/today. I used an iCloud backup to restore the new device. I've noticed that the camera roll is constantly downloading and won't stop. It has been stuck on "Downloading 506 of 562" for around 8 hours. I don't know what to do. I don't even notice what pics could be missing.

If anyone has any clue, please let me know. Thanks!

Ya it happens just go airplane mode on wait a sec then off it will start again it gets stuck ... Repeat if it gets stuck again until its complete

Thanks! It actually started back up overnight, not sure why, but it looks like it's finally done.
