At&t sending out 3Gb limit text messages for unlimited data users.

I got this text message today. I have never received a top 5% text. Now with AT&T new 3gb limit I'm really no longer unlimited. I find this unauthorized change to be highly illegal.

What are your guys ideas on this?

I think it's wrong but it says unlimited data not unlimited speeds ... You can sue them like the other guy did I guess ..

I just don't like how they are doing this now, i got onavo so that can save me some data use, hopefully that half gig I went over
