I am hoping you mean free in cost. Most emoji's are free in price. Some will have in app purchases available. But they cost nothing to use in Messages app.

Like stated above using the extra features that already come with the phone is completely free. There are message apps for additional stickers and such. Some of these apps are free of cost to download and other have a fee just like others apps on the App Store. Hope this helps.
