Meh, I mostly listen to Music in my car during work. As a delivery guy I spend at least 6 hours in my car and therefore can plug my device in whenever I can.
Most of the time my phone doesn’t leave the car anyway.

Wait until IOS 14 if you want to see battery drain. Apple has this brainstorm to add animated art work to the playlists.
