Sprint is faster then cricket. Cricket might get you better overall coverage outside cities but that's about it. Max out at a theoretical 8mbps.

well i went to orlando and my phone pretty much was draining by the second, i also had completely no data.

sprint sucks outside of major cities, they actually credited me 1.66 for the data i had no service, I'm thinking to myself god forbid I'm stranded.

I also notice more signal drain in building compared to verizon and att phones.

cricket should have a better signal and better battery life but yes slower data.

I was out in long Island like the Hamptons area and service was actually pretty good. No dead spots really and speeds were around 10-14 mbps. My brother was in Miami I believe a few months ago and he also has sprint and he said he never had an issue

Nothing beats T-Mobile's speeds from what I've tested. Att is solid but nothing close to the upload speed.

Lol I got like 30 tops with T-mobile when I had them personally. The customer service is what's horrible though IMHO

Sprints service is terrible. I'm currently with att testing T-Mobile network. And T-Mobile doubles the speed compared to att 95% places I've tested.

I too left Att after being their 14 years. I love T-Mobile and their customer service has been 2nd to none. They even gave me free tickets to 2 concerts for the grand opening week of T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas.

Eh it's OK. I get the best coverage in terms of speed inside my apartment with the average around 14 mbps. I get full coverage in my whole apartment and hallways with 3G coverage which is great for phone calls since I never got that with Verizon or AT&T. Sprint is the only carrier I get coverage in my subway station which isn't wired for cellphone coverage yet but I live near a stop where it's about to go outside so it's a bit higher to ground level. Nyc the speeds all have generally been the same with around 20-30 mbps with all carriers with coverage and price being the difference for me at least. I am happy with sprint because of unlimited data and price though. Just went through 20gb of data last month which surprised me considering I typically use only around 9.5gb

I have used all four major carriers. Sprint happens to be the cheapest and 99% reliable coverage for voice and pretty good LTE coverage in nyc.

Cheaper than the competition and unlimited data makes sprint a pretty good choice if those is a priority. Personally I have found AT&T to have the best coverage and data speeds but that's just me.

Their 3G coverage in my apartment is fairly good as well considering.... Not great but good for basic stuff should my ISP has a meltdown ( time warner Cable and has done so in the past). I don't get coverage where I have my computer with T-mobile but I did get LTE coverage with Verizon and AT&T.... Speeds were better but for what I would use it for primarily it's fine. Just want something.

Why be jealous? Their customer Service stinks from my personal experience .... Been with them twice and left both time because of it. Never again I say :P

Honestly the customer service experience varies among carriers. I honestly don't believe any carrier is better than the next. It's all about your experience. I've heard both Sprint and Verizon have poor customer service and I've been happy with both.

This may be because I've worked in wireless in the past so I know what to expect and what not to expect.

Either way, certain things I can deal with if the service is great. I'd rather hit 90 Mbps than the 2 I hit most of the time now. In some areas it's much better than others. But overall, Sprint has a lot of work to do. My iPad with Verizon is consistently performing better than my Sprint iPhone.

For me anything over 2 MBPS will do fine for me since I read a lot more websites than watch video. Few times I do watch video either I have saved it for offline use ( YouTube Red among other ) or happen to have really good speeds where I typically watch videos at anyways. I typically get around 10-20 MBPS in a lot of places and/or have WIFI.

For me Customer service is a priority and between all 4 carriers Sprint and AT&T have been the best for me. If AT&T offered unlimited Data and at a price point competitive with Sprint I would probably switch.
