My playoff prediction. If Bama's defense holds off any passing attack, they can win it all. I don't think Mich St., Stanford or Ohio St will make the top 4.

Wow, Mark Richt just got fired at Georgia! I like Coach Richt. But why?
Mark Richt's 15-year career at Georgia:
? 145-51 record
? 9-3 this season
? 9 10-win seasons
? 9-5 career record in bowl games

And he gets fired? SMH!

Les Miles at LSU was on the verge of being fired as well until the administration heard the reaction from the fans.. His job was saved during a 3rd quarter meeting while they were playing Texas A&M yesterday. A national championship, SEC championships and national rankings and it comes down to a meeting during the game. SMH

I don't understand why it appears to be complicated with situations where a coach has a winning track record year in/year out. Unless there is stuff going on that's against NCAA rules, why would a university want to get rid of a coach; often at great expense and lost opportunity cost, and add risk that comes along with the time to rebuild with a new coach, coaching staff and system?

Many times it's pressure from the money toting alumni. $$ TALKS! Sometimes the coach simply can't get along with administration. Then there's lack of win reasons. Those reasons can vary.

Okay, Florida or Bama? I'd like them both lose... lol

But unless Florida has an answer to The Beast, aka Derrick Henry, they are going to get killed.

The Clemson / NC game was a good one and, in my opinion, Clemson deserves play for all the marbles.

I'm a little surprised that Michigan State jumped Oklahoma. Looking forward to the playoffs.

I'm not sure why they did that. I'm guessing it was to match 'em up the way they did. 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3. Also Okie didn't play this weekend. Shouldn't matter, but often does.
