The Florida v Tennessee game turned out to be a thriller. Great win for the Gators.

Arizona State is laying a massive egg at home to USC. They were down 21-0 with under a minute to go in the first half... on the 1 yard line with a chance to cut the lead to 21-7 at the half and get the ball to start the second half.

Instead, ASU fumbles and USC returns it 98 yards for a TD. Now it's 28-0 with ASU receiving the kick off. ASU runs the kick out of the endzone, and fumbles on their own 3 yard line. Still 20 seconds to go... USC scores again. Half time score: USC 35-0 in Tempe.

Good time to go to bed.

I was disappointed with the games yesterday. Not that many good games. Florida vs Tennessee and USC vs Arizona State were ok. The overall schedule of games was not very exciting. It could also be where I'm at. I'm tired of seeing Big Ten teams playing nobody. Now, that we're getting into conference games it should pick up.

Paul Johnson's triple option making GT a predictable opponent once again. I really hate that it only seems to work well every 5 years or so. I'd love to see the return to a passing offense one day...but we're stuck with CPJ for the next several years anyways.

Oh well...here's hoping to a better division run over the next several weeks. At least I can just enjoy football games now without the stress of wondering if they have a chance at the big game.

The unranked Hoosiers showed today that an Ohio State University is beatable... Hoosiers overcame injuries to multiple starters today, and a bad snap on the final play cost them a chance to tie/upset the top-ranked Suckeyes. Hoosiers fall, 34-27.
