Tony Gwynn passed away today at the age of 54.
Five Golden Gloves, eight National League batting titles, and all 20 major league seasons of his career in San Diego.
Such a great ballplayer, Dad, and all around wonderful person.

I was shocked to read this earlier. He was a great player and person. RIP

This is shocking, and at such a young age. Gwynn was always one of my favorite hitters.

He is in a better place now.
