Duke & Miami didn't have an easy time getting the W, and believe me, during the Miami - FSU game, I caught myself yelling at the screen...lol...Still, I'm glad it's over and a win is a win.

Yelling at the screen? Are you kidding me? My wife thinks that the players and referees can’t hear the yelling. I beg to differ. At any rate, welcome to my world, D. :)

I am a huge Duke fan, but I'm glad they lost to Maryland a moment ago in such an exciting game. I didn't think they should have been ranked higher than "The U" in this week's rankings anyway.

I was in the edge my seat almost the entire second half of the Duke - Maryland game. Heck, I feel as if I need a stuff drink just to relax....(laughing)...:D

Whew! That was not a well-played game by "The U", but they held on for the win as the clock expired. I am extremely tense right now that I have to take several deep breaths just to try to calm down. ... :D

Not sure it would have mattered but the refs blew that charge/block call at the end. There was a LOT of bad calls (both ways) in this game... seems to be a trend this year... not just the ACC, either. The BigTen is plagued with terrible officiating... stupid stuff like letting a guy get pounded on a drive to the hole and then calling a ticky-tack hand check. Somebody somewhere needs to get these idiots with whistles under control. Just call the game consistently so the players know what to expect... Ok, rant over. :)

The U is still undefeated in conference... will be #2 this week, I think.

You're absolutely right, my friend. There were a few iffy calls, but not too bad. They definitely should have called that blocking foul, but I doubt if that call would have made a difference because Clemson misplayed Miami during the last 50 seconds of the game and had 2 seemingly easy shots (a layup & a put-back) at the end to win the game and they failed to deliver. On top of that, they were on their home court. As for them moving up to the number 2 spot, it is pretty much a lock.

#1 Indiana tips it off at #4 Michigan State in less than 10 minutes. I?m nervous...

(Laughing)....I know how it is. I was like that watching the entire Miami vs Clemson game and I've got a feeling I'll be that way later tonight when they play Virginia. Good luck with your team.
