It wasn't fun watching that game today. The whole family was out wearing our Bears gear. It was embarrassing to know that we were getting handled that way. My six year old daughter kept asking me why we are rooting for such a bad team. She kept bringing attention to the fact that the "other team" scored again. So annoying. I could have booted her all the way to Foxboro.

But, do not despair Bears and fans of Bears alike, I will be the one to give you guys the biggest thank you for the W in the Pats column the best way I know how:

Yeah. The only reason I even care about the Falcons at this point is that they are from the same state as I. I'm a bronco fan through and through! NFL Discussion thread-imageuploadedbytapatalk1414376165.928832.jpg

I'm surprised Blank didn't fire Mike Smith on the way back to the states. What a pathetic showing yesterday...21-0 and you give it up for a loss.

And the REAL Tony Romo showed up last night. Dumb move putting him back in the game on that last drive of the game and OT. Should have just left Weeden in there

I was glad to see the Redskins win. They are my hometown team and I was fully expecting to see the game over by halftime with the Cowboys having a multi-touchdown lead. So even if they had lost, it was good to see them show up for the game.
I'm not a rabid fan though. I have no problems admitting that Dan Synder is the worst owner in the league and his insistence on chasing high profile players and coaches rather than working on building a true team has destroyed the Redskins in recent decade(s).

Well Jerra made his presence felt. I'm almost sure that's why Romo was put back in there.

Weeden was really good at OSU. Glad the Cowboys have him. At some point he's going to need more playing time. From what I saw, he was doing fine and had the momentum going with the team.

Even though Dallas is one of the home state teams, and while I'm glad to finally (at least thus far) see them having a good season; I was just as much pulling for Colt McCoy given his Longhorn roots. Actually watching Washington since RG3 joined the team has been an OK experience as I like seeing how former Big 12 players fare now in the NFL.

Why are they going to allow Romo to play? Doesn't make sense. It's like they don't even care about him.

They were never going to have him play...that was all mind games to keep the other team from prepping for Weeden.

Then you don't love them. Why would you want something you love to lose?
