How can I correct the information, phone numbers, given out by Siri?

how do I inform siri that the phone number she given out to people is incorrect. Not sure where she gets the phone numbers from, but the yellow pages and the directory have the correct number

Unfortunately at this time you can NOT update Siri, only Apple can. There are known issues with it, and it IS being updated, changes are expected for iOS 10. At that point 3rd party developers MIGHT have access and might be able to provide ways to "teach" Siri and "update" it.
