Siri No Longer Works Properly in IOS 9

Before my upgrade to IOS 9, Siri was able to find movies playing near me. Now, according to her, there are none playing near me even though there is a Cineplex close by. I do have location services on.

Siri also no longer knows that Owen Sound is two words (she uses Owensound) even though I enunciate clearly. So she can't find things when I ask for an Owen Sound search. Is there anyone I can contact to ask them to change my city to two words in Siri's search?

I've shut down and restarted my iPad and also turned Siri on and off. Nothing works.

This program just seems clunky and awkward now. If I do ask a location question, she just gives me a geographic location with no links like before. If I had it to do again, I would never have upgraded.
