Will UK Siri work with US location services

So we all know how you can ask Siri anything but if your not in the US then anything to do with your location and surrounding area you'll get an error message but I have an English Siri and was wondering if I go to America then will I then be able to use the location services and ask Siri where my nearest iTalian restaurant or tell it I have a flat tyre?

Change to US English and yes.

Even if in the UK and you change to US English and ask for say "plumber in New York" it will tell you.

I often have a hard time getting Siri to use US location services here. It always tells me it can't find the weather for my location (even though the default weather app has no problem with my location).
