(UPDATE) I fixed this buy turning off reminders on my exchange account! I am a long time windows phone guy that finally moved on. So far I love my iPhone 7+ but the one thing I miss is geofencing with Cortana. I am able to get geofencing working with reminders but it's not working with Siri...
