    My notification bar is stuck on my iPod and I can't hard reset it, how can I do this?

    My notification bar is stuck on my ipod and I can't hard reset. I have an ipod 5 that home button dosen't work and the notification bar is stuck. I tried hard resetting it but I'm not sure if I did it right. I can't swipe or anything its stuck at the lock screen.
