When you see "pending confirmation" that means that it is or has shipped. If you have a FedEx app you can track it before you get an email or tracking from Att.

I totally agree but it will keep it safe until life proof comes out. It's not waterproof though. I don't get why the hell they are taking so long. They should have had them made before the phone came out.

The only case even remotely like a life proof is an otter box. But you can check Amazon for "waterproof". I swear by Amazon for all of my cases and iphone gear.

Well Spigen makes very good cases. The one I'm using now is no life proof. But it is solid enough to protect from drops and bending.
