Have not a clue what happened but had to end up visiting a store and pre ordering it again...I got a week later shipping date than I had before,not happy about that. Won't be ordering through AT&T.com anymore...

Just finished pre ordering and got October shipping dates lol. thanks AT&T (not really) but still a hell of a lot better than the late November dates I got last year 😂💀

I wanted to know you guys' experiences with pre ordering online versus in person. I'm going in person to an AT&T store to avoid getting stuck with the website crashing but the store isn't opening until 8 a.m. In the past when sites have crashed how long does it last? was it horrible? or bearable?
