Is anybody experiencing this issue that while talking on phone the calls get mute for no reason and disconnects?!!

I am noticing warm yellowish tint on my XS Max though true tone & night shift are switched off, is this by default on these phones as I was reading somewhere that this year iPhone screens are warm by default but some people are not liking it may be a software update would fix it.
