I agree, it's frustrating. I have a set of Bluebuds X's and a few iDevices. I typically don't have an issue with them connecting to my iPhone consistently and automatically until I I use the headset with another device. If only it would work just like WiFi does.

I personally love control and notification centre. Particularly the ability to access these features from anywhere in iOS including applications.

Don't expect it to run flawlessly, expect to see some jitteriness, but since updating I've enjoyed all the features available to the 4 and it hasn't made the device unusable. If anything the only issue you will have are with third party applications who haven't supported iOS7.
