    my phone will not play ringtones since upgrade. the ringtones play fine in setting but phone only vibrates when a call is received. It was working fine before

    no ringtone

    My phone will not play a ringtone since I downloaded iOS7. The ringtones will play in the settings but when I get a call it only vibrates. The volume is up and the ringtone selected. Never had a problem before. Any suggestions
