Not liking the talk of the 5.5" phone being considered "premium" with special characteristics such as Safire crystal glass screen, etc. I personally won't be holding a tablet up to my face... But, at this point it's all speculation.

I bought the 13", 512gb i7 refurbished as my first Mac computer. I run a home inspection business and use the computer for work. I've used Windows for years and was tired of the crashing, slowness, and poor build quality. So far I can't say enough good things about the computer and OSX.

It's an Apple refurbished model for $1269.00.

Thanks again! I'm always worried about buying a little older tech, but the price seems very good for what you get. I'm the type of person who holds on to computers and I don't upgrade every 2-3 years like some, so I'm looking for something that will last.

That's actually a good idea as we'll. I did open the sim tray and put it back in to see if that helped, but no luck.

Thanks Keith. That was actually one of the first few things I did. I also tried ##UPDATE# and ##CLEAR#. I even went as far as calling Sprint and have them reset on their end, although they were reluctant and told me there was no problem.

I wasn't able to do the reset today, but should be able to tomorrow. I'll be sure to update as I go. I thought for sure somebody else would've had a similar problem. Thanks so far!

Thanks! I will try setting up as new and see what happens. I did go to the Apple store last night and had them check. They ran a diagnostic and said everything looked good. Just frustrated that I can't figure it out.

My wife and I just switched to the iphone 5 from BlackBerry this month. I set up my wife's free personal Gmail account of 2/7/13 via exchange using m.google.com as well as my free personal Gmail account and my free Google Apps for Business account on 2/12/13 with no problems.
