Is there a way to purchase your entire playlist without buying the songs individually?

I have downloaded and redownloaded my playlist twice in the past 24 hours. Today I opened the app and yet again all the music is showing in the cloud and not on my phone. What am I missing here? This is staring to get expensive to re-download my playlist daily.

I looked on the forums and I wasn't able to come up with anything other than setting the region to Hong Kong, which didn't work. After setting it to HK my watch face still shows the temps, etc. in Imperial.

I connect my iPhone 6 and try to sync my music. Nope, it stays in 'waiting to sync' and never syncs. I am not erasing the content on the phone and/or resetting the phone, that isn't an option.

I bought some audiobooks outside of iTunes and want them on my iPhone6. This wasn't an issue with my 5s and iTunes 11.xx. I dragged the books into the Audiobooks phone on the phone. It doesn't work in iTunes 12. How do I do this? iTunes thinks the books are music and not audiobooks.
