I have downloaded and redownloaded my playlist twice in the past 24 hours. Today I opened the app and yet again all the music is showing in the cloud and not on my phone. What am I missing here? This is staring to get expensive to re-download my playlist daily.

You won't be playing Skyrim on any current MacBook. Even if you can get it to run it will be virtually unplayable. Buy a Razor Blade, similar quality as a MacBook.

Re: Should i buy 8 or 16GB of ram This was in reference to a new MBP. The RAM is soldered on and unless you have an SMT rework station, and the knowledge to use it, that RAM isn't getting replaced. I know on the older models it could be replaced.

I use it on my '13 rMBP and it bogs down a lot, even with 16gig RAM. More than 2 tasks and it blows chunks.

That appears to work for transferring from an internal to an external.

It's all on an 12Tb RAID external, so it's not an entire 12Tb it's more like 10Tb.
