Contacts getting duplicated
Need help on the best way to straighten my contacts out. I'm getting duplicate contacts. I'm getting wrong #'s tied to wrong contacts. I think I am backed up with 3 different things. ( backup assistant, iCloud , and verizon cloud). Wish I could delete all my backups and contacts and start over... -

I can't seem to get iMessage to work

My iPhone is trying to send an iMessage to my son who no longer has an iPhone. Please help.
My son went from an iphone to a samsung. When I text him it is trying to go through as an IMessage and won't send. Any suggestions ? They go through as blue but he isn't getting them. I can turn IMessage off and he gets them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Spinning clock
