According to their twitter feed, it doesn't support dynamic locations yet. They claim to be working on it. And yes, it apparently updates every 15 minutes.

I bought it. I just got it in the mail today. It looks pretty good. No idea how it will hold up.

Yeah. Nobody know what "composite"back means but it does seem to be easier to scratch than the front face. Perhaps its just transparent plastic. If somebody with watch/edition can respond, it'll be great.
