is there app store down? whenever i try to buy something or update my apps on my ipad i get the 'cannot connect to itunes store'

I've setup my Rogers email on my ipad and iphone. Rogers uses yahoo for mail, so for both devices I used the add yahoo email account. my ipad has a "push" option and is working, but my iphone can only do fetch or manual....y? how can i get my iphone to understand that it should have the option...

Called Apple and apparently they are aware of the issue and they said they have been getting complains about this issue for a couple days and are working on a solution. So if the support guy is right, then 1 or more of the itunes servers are down primarily the ones that control updates...

Starting July 5th, my imore app on my iphone 4s hasn't been working right. The app launches and I can view the article titles but when I click on a article it loads nothing. Where the article should be, it just says "(null)" and the comments don't load, but the comments section gives me an alert...
