I connect to an Exchange Server here at work. If I connect my phone to the WiFi here, I get no emails on my phone. If I try to open the Mail app, my phone will actually freeze and I have to restart my phone. I doubt this is normal. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have my iPhone connected to my work's Exchange server. I just noticed yesterday that when I have 2 or more emails with the same subject line, iOS groups the emails together. Is there a way to undo this? I can't seem to find a setting for it. Thanks in advance!
