didn't need an app for ios5,it's in settings as an option.i used to use it while i was driving a truck and couldn't feel the vibration.

i have 2 different back plates that i ordered off of ebay and didn't have any problems with camera quality at all.btw,both back plates are plastic which doesn't matter much to me since my phone is always in a case anyway.

thanks for the link,but i got the same result as with the several other sites i have found to download the 5.0 ipsw.after i finish unzipping the file,there is nothing with an ipsw extension and an icon that the ipsw usually has with the music note and ipod icons on it.also i cannot find anything...

i skipped the OS5 update so i could stay untethered jailbroken,but got tired of missing the new goodies in 5.0 and finally upgraded,but it went to 5.0.1.so my question is,since i don't have a 5.0 ipsw,can i use one from my friends phone that still has 5.0 on it? we are both on the same carrier...

i just added another USB cable equal to the lenght of the apple one and it works for me.

i'm gonna say something with gps/location service for an app also.when i use an app that wants to use "my location" i get a blue arrow right around that area on the screen.

+1 on the change to the photo albums on the phone.i also use a blackberry and its nice that i can create different albums for different pics so that i can jump right to specific pics.other than that i don't see any other changes that would make any difference,although i have only had my iphone4...

i'm new to iphones,but not ipods.this jailbreak is working pretty good and went fairly easy being that i havent done a jailbreak on anything in a long time.been playing around with cydia and doing some downloads here and there.

yup,just did it about and i think it took all of about 10 mins.took a lot less time than when i jailbroke my ipod awhile back.btw,i did it using the windows mirror download 1 or 2 pages back.

yup found out about the multiple tabs when i was on a webpage and it opened a link in it,works alot nicer than the tabbed browsing on my BB.and also thank you for the link,i will also give that a try this weekend.i take it i wont be able to open that link on the iphone and have them download...
