Updated new ios8 and there's no audio microphone icon. Still see just the "Send" button with "Text Message" in the box where you would start typing. I went into iMessage settings and it's enabled, but can't see any other settings that are obvious... Shouldn't this "just work?"

Ordered online at 1:00am straight up; 2 ipads (32wifi white & 643g black) - shipping to Oregon... delivery dates March 18-25th... I sure hope that's wrong. Assuming these are already in a warehouse, I was hoping these would be shipped sometime Friday and I would see them by mid-week. Bummer...
