    How do I update firmware on unlocked/jailbroken 3gs?

    Hi - I have an unlocked and jailbroken Iphone 3GS - with cydia installed, but I want to upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1.2 - obviously withour losing anything or stopping the phone being unlocked - is it possible and simple?
