I leveled up before I had enough power plants. I once saw a level 14 with 256 power plants. I only have 78 so I'm a little behind, I should have waiting a little and gotten about a hundred or so.

I'm making about 9.5 mil right now. My upkeep is 1.3 mil, I have 180 honor points left and I'm being offered 38 mil for 10 honor points. :D
